2. Cancellation Policy
2.1 Pre-Project Cancellation: If you choose to cancel services before work has begun, a full refund will be issued minus any incurred administrative fees. 2.2 In-Progress Cancellation: If a project is canceled after work has commenced, you will be responsible for payment for all work completed up to the point of cancellation, as detailed in the contractual agreement.
